This a well balanced lineup. I do like the makeup of our roster and how we are not all one sided. Really hope Villar can swing it around as I like having a switch hitter

It drives me nuts when guys don't even bother to run out a strikeout in the dirt or dropped. You never know when a throw might sail or a shorthop might get by at 1st. It costs you nothing to try.

I feel the same way about the "No pitch intentional walk". You never know when a pitcher may throw a wild pitch while do it and a run could have scored.

Thames has chased some really bad pitches in both ABs.

Bad plays with the glove, too. For being this early he's having a brutal day so far.

Would be nice if this offense could get it going for more than 1 day.

Scored too many runs last night. Will not score until next weekend. :(

Nick Williams! Why does this kid hit so well against the Brewers.

I was at the last home game that they won Saturday before yesterday, and Williams was in RF, and there was a bachelor party near us, and let me tell you, they just heckled Williams relentlessly. Every inning. They got warned twice, I couldn't believe they didn't get ejected.

I blame them.

Could be. They gave the guy a little incentive.

Now I hope he didn't win the game for the Phillies.
