And he has more K's than all the starters except Nelson this year.

Just wish manager would use him when a strikeout was needed in 7th or 8th inning. Used to be closer could get more than 3 outs.

corey knebel keeps setting a new franchise record. 117 strikeouts now as a reliever in only 69.0 innings.

 

the only thing that would taint that record is for craig counsell to start knebel on one of the johnny wholestaff days. (of course, that won't happen.)
