So, it looks like we found our offense, gentlemen. :laughing

Our next door neighbor is a huge Cubs fan...and he flies that infernal "W" flag after every Cubs win. I ran next door when I saw it was 12-0, and had to take a picture of the flag that is conspicuously missing after last night's game. It normally flies from a post next to the lamp on the left side of his garage door.

I feel relatively confident that said flag will be absent again in the morning when I go to get my newspaper.

:laughing :laughing :laughing :laughing :laughing

It's moments like this one where I love my iPhone 7. ProCam 4 and RAW format gives me a DSLR in my pocket. It's always at the ready to pimp my Cub fan friends. :tongue

Wrigley is a dump, Coshun.

Me and a friend of mine went to the Rams game at Lambeau last week and he was telling me seeing how beautiful Lambeau Field is reminds him of how much of a dump Wrigley is.

After all the "stuff" the Cubs have pulled this year on us, if we get a runner on in the ninth, steal.

Bean a half dozen hitters, just to see Maddon explode, and torture the bleacher bums!

Well, the Nelson news sure is a downer. And at 199 Ks no less.

Damn, I was really hoping to make the playoffs, and see how Chase, Jimmy and Zach could do. That would have been a pretty formidable 1-2-3 at the top of the rotation. :(

We need to get that run back.

Too bad Guerra couldn't take Jimmy's place in the rotation but I don't think it would be a good idea.

When was the last time that the Brewers scored 15 runs, and Ryan Braun didn't have a single hit or RBI?

What impresses me is that of their 15 hits, they've only had the one homer and two doubles. 7 for 11 with RISP---against the hated Cubs---will make up for our offensive woes in the second half a little bit.

OK, not much. But for tonight, I'm enjoying the thought of thousands of Cubs fans gnashing their teeth. :laughing

Although it's nice to have clinched the series win, it doesn't really matter much if we don't win tomorrow. But we're playing a real good team so odds are we will beat them. It's not like we're playing the Reds or something.

Don't mention the Reds, it's a dirty word.

It's been a while since the Crew batted around and had fun in the dugout. Great win.

Hard to believe this is the same Cubs team that won the WS last year.

It isn't. Fowler, Chapman & Ross are gone. Russell has been out. Other players are having subpar seasons. Zobrist looks done, the pitching isn't the same either

Coincidence that both times the Cubs tried doing something questionable for a competitive advantage against us this year, they got kicked in the mouth?

Davis is actually doing better than Chapman so that's not a reason. Fowler was definitely a loss. Russell is hurt but he wasn't doing good even when he was there. Zobrist is definitely done. But on the flip side, they've gotten increased production from Contreras and Heyward.

Nope! Not a coincidence.
