100% agree.

My only knock on the album is that that song should have been the last track.  I have the version with the bonus track (actually, don't they all come with the "bonus" track?) that follows.

"The Last Note" should have been the end of the album, bonus track should have come before...

I don't mind that they did the Metallica song as the bonus since Dave co-wrote it to begin with, but "The Last Note" should have ended the album, and been the last track of the band's career.

Coming from someone who has always been kind of meh on Megdeth too!  They have had some good stuff over the years, but their catalog in general doesn't usually get me too excited.

THIS album however, is just awesome!!!  Been playing it in my car for the last month non-stop.  I simply can't quit playing it!

Great to see some new music coming from these older bands. As for metal bands, I’m really only familiar with the Mongolian metal that is current. I see HU is working on some new stuff. Any other bands worth checking out?
