Wouldn't Roegner be Rule 5 eligible this offseason? He's the type of advanced age high floor arm I could see a team grabbing. There is no way the Brewers protect him.

But would the injury this year scare teams off? Roegner's final numbers aren't 2018-esque...

 

He is someone who SHOULD be protected, IMO.
