I mean, when the guy you employ to make the search hires himself, probably not? Such a surreal smudge on the regal history of Jeopardy.

Mayim Bialik will be hosting the syndicated program for the next 3 weeks while the search for a new permanent host continues.

 

I guess her schedule would not permit her to be the permanent host, but I think she’d be a good candidate: a generally likable TV personality with a PhD in neuroscience.

I don’t think that’s a big surprise. It’s hard to envision him staying on as EP and being effective.
