If Cousins gets surgery he might be looking at a DFA after the season plus loses basically two seasons in his late 20s. Probably worth giving it a shot.

per the brewers.com transaction page, jake cousins' rehab assignment has been transferred to class aaa nashville. he threw one inning tonight, giving up a run.
