Off the top of my head, I do believe this is the first such occurrence. So, yes, it absolutely has! We've had many many more 3-1's or even a couple 4-0's if I'm not mistaken. One full organizational 5-0 recently. But, injuries are hitting the the High-A through Big Club pretty hard.
