The Mitchell call up is a nice story but I really wish they would have given Ruiz more play when he was up. It’s going to be fascinating to see what they end up doing with all of these outfielders in the offseason and who makes the opening day roster.

What happens to players once the season ends? How many of them go to the AZ complex for more work and how many just go home? I know a lot of players play in one of the Latin American winter leagues.

To add to these questions - when will they announce Arizona Fall League rosters?

No more Jackson Chourio in 2022 as the Timber Rattler’s final game has been rained out. What a great season it was!

It was fun, wasn't it? Just cool to see someone in our organization breakout like that.

Absolutely brutal loss for Nashville. Wow.

Definitely a tough one. It would appear RHP’s Zach Brown and Matt Hardy are to blame for this one - Hardy gives up the 3-run game losing home run Jack in his first batter with only 1 out grabbed by Brown. It is not easy to lose a 6-1 lead in the ninth inning…probably the worst bullpen loss all year from the typically shutdown group.  And the meltdown happened after the Sounds had added 2 insurance runs in the top of the 8th. Ouch. 2.5 game division lead with 16 games remaining.
