but tell me more about how bad the refs were...

without the two unforced errors this was a blowout

Yep. Felt like they were clearly headed in for the dagger score to make it 31-7 on the fumbled handoff. Defense held them to 3 and it again felt like they were driving before Myers' goof that set them so far behind the sticks. Disappointing that it needed a GL stand to technically be over, as it was a game the Packers had solidly in hand for most of it. Run defense certainly has some tape to learn from, though.

I think I'd take Jordan Love ovr Justin Fields right now. And that isn't necessarily a complement for Love.

Storms knocked out our signal when the Bears got first and goal before the goal line stand, but before that I can’t remember the last time I saw a QB have so little impact, positive or negative, on a game, and I am a Wisconsin fan.

Article was written about it as well, but the play Walker made to run down Fields and keep him out of the end zone during that goal line stand was a ridiculous display of athleticism.  MLBs, much less safeties, aren't supposed to move that fast.  Walker even hesitated a bit on the fake cutback and still had enough speed to beat the angle to the pylon Fields had.  He also had a pass breakup where he covered a ton of ground in a zone.

Walker got exposed a bit in the running game, some hesitancy filling gaps and picking the wrong hole to fill led to a good # of those gash runs...Once he actually knows where he's supposed to be on the field, watch out.

do the Packers waste more timeouts than any team in the league? would love to see how they compare

Apparently Hackett was having problems with time management yesterday, calling time outs out of desperation. And that's coming off that Week 1 gaffe at the end of the game. As I said earlier, these time out issues go back to the McCarthy era, but after two weeks Hackett is making a very bad impression in Denver and looks like he's in over his head.
