every 1b has a ton of scoops and picks. every defensive metric system measures him as below average.

I know, the eye test of biased fans is more accurate, but I'm gonna trust the numbers when every defensive system confirms that he's pretty rough.

Plus.    He can’t run at all.    At all

I'm all for the Brewers upgrading 1b. I don't know if they will, and I'm ok with rowdy for another year if they don't. I just wish a low OBP guy like Rowdy wasn't hitting 3rd as often as he does.

Oh, so you're a stats guy. Got it.

I’m sick of Yelich going out there every day.   Play other people next year.

He's got all winter to work on it. He's got to figure it out. I once compared his before/after injury swings. It looked to me as if he was about 1 inch lower before the injury. Maybe a winter of weighted squats will get him going again.

He had all last winter and all of the winter before to work on it. I think it's time to accept that MVP Christian Yelich is gone.

He’s just not even good.   I don’t care about mvp.

Lol, 23 homers and hitting .270 would be a blessing.

This group needs to go away. It's been a good run lately as a fan and even this year, they're around 10 over .500 which for most of my life would have been a godsend. But they're miserable to watch. They could be sitting OK right now without choking two games away to Miami in the final week of the year.

Even if they win they need to sweep and see Philly drop 2.

It's fine, I'll be back in the spring...but this year's team gives me ZERO "what could have been" feeling. It's been very consistent watching how they lose.

They are who we thought they were. This is the appropriate ending.
