Off to Huntsville/Nashville

Just wanted everyone to know that i'll be gone through next Saturday on my annual pilgrimage to some of the minor league affiliates. I'll probably check email in the morning and at night (and perhaps provide scouting reports as I catch a game or three). So, if I don't respond to email or PM's, that's why.

Just checking in from the hotel in Decatur (near Huntsville). Long grueling drive yesterday, but at least I got me some Waffle House.

 

I'll be at the Hunstville games tonight and tomorrow, and then will be at the Sounds game next Thursday (20th).

I'll be wearing a read nashville sounds hat, brown cargo shorts, and a red plaid short-sleeve button down shirt to tonight's Stars game, if anyone wants to say hi. We have GA seats, so we'll be sitting on the 3rd base, and we'll probably be easy to pick out. Wife's probably wearing a white button-down shirt and a yellow Sounds cap.

The guy behind me had a laptop. In his defense, I think he was a scout for Birmingham, but I was the least dorky person there by default.
