The defense has been absolutely incredible to start the year. It helps when the only below average defender is at 1b and they have a few truly elite defenders at key positions

I could have swore I was told (not by you) that the defense was average at best after I said it was the best in baseball. 

The good news is that the guys on the IL are quality defenders as well. Young, fast guys with strong arms matter again.
