It's alarming how rarely we even throw it past the sticks on 3rd down. Incredible. I mean he would have been sacked on that play if they tried it, but just wow. 

And you knew he'd get sacked based on the empty backfield.

Obviously now knowing we missed it makes it easier to say this, but even before I was ok with going for it.  I mean we are 2-3 we have no expectations to compete for the division or even really go to the playoffs so just let loose a little and take some chances.  We had some good momentum and they are a bad defense(in theory).
