Archiving game threads

I wanted to respond to something in last night's game thread and it's already archived. What's up with dat? This isn't the first time they've been archived so quickly either.

I archive them usually a few hours before gametime of the current day's thread. Otherwise, I have a habit of forgetting to do so when they move off the screen into page 2 of the Major League forum.
