I hate to see another good pitching performance wasted

The 1-0 loss to the Marlins & today's game (so far)

If this is what we normally get from Paredes it might be a case of losing the battle but winning the war. Down the road I can see a BP that doesn't skip a beat even when you have to shuttle.

But yeah, two shots for Yelich come up empty. It happens. And Contreras hits a seed to the right side, one guy playing in about a 50-foot box. Right at him.

Was Hudson unavailable today? I don't mind Peguero in the 8th, but with Duran and Abreu 2nd/3rd in that inning it seems like a Taylor made lefty spot.

On the bright side Paredes look great. Explosive seems like the right word. We really are going to have massive bullpen depth when Devin, Hall, Clarke, Junis, Baukauskas, and whoever else I forgot get healthy. I still look at Hoby as a guy we could get something good for and would be able to replace.

With all the injuries we have seen the Brewers have had with their pitching staff this year, under no circumstances would I trade Milner or for that matter any of their primary pitchers unless they get a fantastic starting pitcher in return. I doubt any team would give a return worth it unless they were incredibly desperate.

We really only have one decent trade chip on the big league roster but I don't think Adames is going to draw a whole lot without being bundled with one of our better prospects.

Tough loss.  4-5 on road trip is not that bad considering dropping the 1st two series of this road trip.

Thought Myers pitched well.  Made a couple of mistakes in the 4th which cost him a run.  Wished he could of gone 5 though.

Brewers just loss this game and the Red Sox won it.  It was a good game.  They are paid to play also and the Crew came out on the short end.  Won the series.  That's all that matters.

Hopefully we can at least split the series with the Cubs.
