Cubs (Hendricks) vs Brewers (Peralta): 6/30/24, 1:10pm

Unpopular opinion … I would not mind if the Brewers traded Peralta at the deadline 

I understand that we are short on quality starting pitching - but Freddy needs a reset & he’s not improving in Milwaukee 

I know this won’t happen - but I wouldn’t miss him at all 

I love his personality but dislike his inability to pitch to his level of talent

I prefer to channel surf when the Brewers are on defense with Peralta on the mound - he is so disappointing to watch this year

Even his “good games” - like his recent 6 inning with no runs performance - are not great pitching as he is pitch count is far too high

Yes I’m frustrated but this is genuinely how I feel - I believe we’re better off without him on the team

I accept that I may be alone in my opinion - which is fine with me

Our hottest hitter not getting an ab until inning 3 seems sub optimal. Ortiz and now Chourio buried hitting 8 doesn't make sense to me.

The Brewers even after all these years have no clue how to approach Kyle Hendricks. I think you just need to have an opposite field mentality against him because he throws so slow that even if you're thinking opposite field you can pull the ball. Instead our hitters are up there trying to pull everything and getting way out on the front foot every time.

I don't think they are trying to pull everything.  It just appears so.  They will figure him out and knock him out!

It’s amazing that the Brewers have won 15 games this month with as pitiful as the offense has been.
