You would think the play call would be changed after the officials stopped play to review the third down play but no.

CB was burnt right off the LOS too.   No real chance.

As for the safety, if he was single high, the deep edges are always vulnerable; especially when the CB can't slow down the WR at all.

Wouldn’t have mattered if it was from the shotgun or from the I that play was going nowhere.  The offensive line decided to just ignore two players and gave them the gap.

I think they need to go to someone else than Locke.  He looks bad really bad.  Can’t even make a few easy throws.  All over the place.

They look well prepared for this game and have a good plan. But the backup QB is going to be too big of a hurdle.

There’s glimmers of hope showing up here that I didn’t see the first two weeks.  They’re competing, just really an uphill battle with a backup QB now.  Still feel like Bama could just ram it down our throat if they just committed to the run.

I've seen Curtis the linebacker around the ball some which is better than our linebacker play has been so far this year

I mean they are doing the best they can. It's just so glaringly obvious that the team in white is a prospect farm of some of the best college athletes in the entire country and the team in red is a bunch of athletic college students just trying to do the best they can.

If the season goes south like I think it might and they finish with a six-game losing streak I wonder if Tressel's going to come into next year with a bit of a hot seat.

Yeah I mean it's unfortunate, but the gap growing in this game was always a matter of when, not if.

I think he'll get another year if they make a bowl game.  But some of his recruits need to start showing up.
