Over at our cousin site, Fish on First, managing editor Ely Sussman put together a list of players the Marlins might deal at the deadline. Is there anyone you want the Brewers to pursue?

Unlike last summer, the Marlins won't be tearing apart their entire roster to load up on prospects, but there are still opportunities for them to cash in on redundant players and sell...

Most of the list was redundant (or worse) from what we already have.  Nothing looked interesting to me.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

I'd maybe look into Cabrera, but I'd assume given his stuff and the fact that he's pitching well, it'd cost Pratt+ a couple of lower prospects. I wouldn't do that, but I would love to see him in Milwaukee. He seems like the type of guy we could work with and he's already good because his stuff is so nasty.

Ronny Henriquez also looks interesting, but not exactly thrilling.

That Marlins RHP reliever who's a sidewinder whose name escapes me at the moment, screams Brewer to me.

I think u are thinking of Anthony bender who actually played for the brewers
