We all follow the major rankings, but so much of the best prospect fun happens in the margins. During a random shoutout on a late-night podcast, a evaluators quip in a Fangraphs chat, or a specific observation from an X post that doesn’t always make it into a formal write-up.

I’m starting this thread as a landing spot for those "off the radar" blurbs, quips, and glowing reviews that might otherwise fall through the cracks because life is busy and it can be hard to keep up. The goal is to aggregate the hype and keep track of all the exciting things being said about our farm system in real-time.

What to post here:

• Podcast Nuggets: Did a national analyst mention something on a random episode? Timestamp it!

• Live Stream Mentions: Quotes from prospect gurus during YouTube/Sportstalk Radio sessions.

• Social Media Buzz: Evaluators and writers X posts sharing specific "wow" moments 

• General Hype: Anything that makes you more bullish on a kid's future than the consensus is. 

To get us started: The Baseball America crew had some incredibly high praise for Luis Lara on their live stream today. They were absolutely glowing about him.
