detmers is one of the top names potentially on the market.  It’s not a ridiculous proposal (like Made for Peralta) but absolutely would be an overpay.

No that's an absolutely braindead proposal trading henderson who has 6 years of control for detmers who is literally a worse pitcher hendersons got a career war of 2.1 in 63 innings detmers has 1.7 in 120 this year career 4.62 era with career 4 fip 1100 whip this year career average 1300 henderson has miles more potential and he has already showed it so yea only a braindead goofball would make this trade detmers literally might as well be a trash can to the potential of Henderson

Protip: You can express your opinion without calling people "braindead", "dumbasses", etc. Have some class and respect. 

Henderson has legitimate injury concerns, its not unreasonable to move him for a starter with experience and a year of control. I wouldn't personally do it, but it is fine for it to be discussed.

No thanks when im speaking to braindead people I will address them as such henderson has the potential to be a top 5 pitcher in the mlb and win cy youngs detmers doesn't have the potential to sniff that buddy doesnt even have the potential to be a solid number 2 starter detmers is a back of the rotation guy thats all he will ever be so yes trading henderson who has already proven himself to mlb hitting for a worse pitcher would be absolutely braindead
