So … Milwaukee could trade a non-40 man minor leaguer for another team’s non-40 man roster player & bring him to the majors? I’m stunned … How did I miss this (I’m 65 & a lifelong baseball fan).

I always thought they couldn't have been on any 40-man during the season to be eligible for trade.  I guess not.

Also, I don't think many would agree but I miss August waiver trades.

I’m aware. Like you, I read the transaction process too.

Your reply doesn’t address what I wrote - which is true, but stunning to me.

How did Ken Rosenthal ever become a big deal & land a network job? He is such a dweeb. He’s not that good with interviews & he dresses like an accountant.

And I haven't heard good things about him as a person.

Go gamble some more and blame it on your translator, *********.

I think Ohtani is a good dude & a great player … but like you, it’s frustrating to see Miz give back one of the two runs in such an important game.

The problem with the Brewers is they're just too reliant on the home run ball as evidenced by this game. That's not going to work in the postseason.
