Let's see if the adjusted Brewer lineup will produce against a Wolf on the mound.

I agree on starting Rickie Weeks tonight. But we all have heard Ned's line about letting call-ups sit a few days to get used to the surroundings. I wonder if Rickie will get a pass on that since it won't be his first time in the majors.

Yeah he should get the pass he did play 7 games in 2003 and all the spring training games and what not. Play him at 2nd tonight.

I have to disagree with you guys. Weels will sit. Playing Weeks sits Hall or Hardy. All the talk about how Hardy should not be sat down for so long has come to fruition- Hardy is the SS and should not play one game and then sit again. You can't sit Hall: he's way way way too hot right now. Weeks sits and gets a PH appearance IMO.

Hall is 6 for 28 with 0 walks in the last 7 games ; I don't think the case for "too hot to sit" is really that strong. JJ needs to get playing time if he's staying in the bigs and Weeks should start.

This is probably common knowledge. But what internet source puts out game lineups first? I know I'm not the only one who is going to be very interested to see that for tonight's game.

I usually find them at Sportsline, before I find them on USA Today. The formatting is crappy when I post them on here, so I usually replace it once the USA Today one is online.

Anyone else noticed this, but the only place I don't see anything about Weeks coming up is on the Brewers website itself. Maybe I'm just missing it that just seemed a little strange to me.

I sure hope Rickie plays tonight, I have been going through both arguments in my head throughout the day and can't really come up with a conclusion of what should happen.

 

It's been a while since Billy had a day off, maybe sit him tonight... I'd say Rillo, but he's been hitting more than anyone the last 3-4 days.

Oh don't get me wrong I know he's up. I just found it strange that the Brewers weren't putting forth any effort to have an announcement or something on the website. I am one who wants to see Rickie in there tonight. Why bring him up if he's not going to play.

I think they should play both JJ and Weeks. If they are going to be our DP option for years to come then we better let them start now so they can get used to each other. The Future is now and i can not wait to see what happens.
