Man, we play good ball in the 7th and fight for the lead, and five flipping pitches in the bottom of the inning and we're down 2.

 

When the hitting is there the pitching craps out, and when the starters dominate, they lose if they give up 2 runs.

 

Come on, this is just absurd.

that's a rough start to the bottom of the 7th. That fly to CF was a true hit, but one that Krynzel likely would have gotten to. Our substandard speed in the OF does hurt us.

It is pretty sad that Geoff Jenkins, the veteran offensive Brewer can't get anything done on offense when needed and then our two kids Billy Hall and Rickie Weeks get it done. Something tells me the previous organization never taught sensible hitting in the minors because honestly, they should have taught Jenks better hitting mechanics in the minors before he made it to the majors.

We've already used up our comeback for the night last inning...there is no way these guys come back.

 

How come we do just enough to lose all the damn time? Yesterday we couldn't score, today we score but can't pitch. This team is incredibly frustrating to cheer for.

Does anyone ever stop to think that Jenkins might be an arrogant ****** that doesn't listen to reason (Wynegar). His sucking is a product of his own actions. His swing never changes, he tries to pull the ball 90% of the time these days, and he's just getting old and crusty.

 

The Jenkins of old will never be back, never, ever, ever. Please quote me there . . .
