I'm watching a replay of the Bucks game on FSN Wisconsin and they just mentioned that opening day 2007 will be replayed tomorrow at 7 pm on FSN Wisconsin. Maybe they do read brewerfan.net.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Thank god there will finally be something good to watch on television again. Most of these prime time shows are just terrible. It looks like FSN is also airing a Brewers season recap special tonight (Wednesday) at 7:00

Of course, they do this on a Thursday... the one night I actually watch tv shows.... My Name is Earl, The Office, Scrubs...

It does not show on any DISH listing again....We went through this at the start of the classic games last winter http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif

Jeff Grayson is hosting it. He just said there will only be 5 Brewers Classics this winter. That sucks.

...maybe Jeff is just speaking out of the side of his mouth. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif

Estrada may well have swung at the first pitch as often as he did because he did not want to foul balls off (protect the plate). I do not know his history P/PA, so time will tell. We might look back in the future and wonder how he came as close to his career norms as he did all banged up.

That was fun to watch . . . and yet, it was painful too. I remember how excited we all felt after that game. It's such a shame this team won only 83 games and missed the postseason.

As I watched that game again, I kept telling myself "What could have been"

*sigh*

Yeah, there was a bittersweet quality to the game at times, wasn't there? Great effort, Ben. Too bad that was kind of your peak of the year. And for every sweet catch that Bill Hall made in CF, how many did he *almost* make? Just two examples off the top of my head. And then they went to Ann Carroll in the FSN booth. Who here involuntarily shuddered?

I was pumped up (as much as can be during the off-season) to hear that the next Classic will be that game in Wrigley. It's like they read my suggestions in the off-topic thread from last month. I hope the schedule is released soon.

Yep I was excited to hear that too. I just kind of wish, you know, they told us when it was going to be on. That would've been a nice little tidbit to include.

Anyone happen to know if they'll be rerunning the Opening Day game again anytime soon? I had to work and I really wanted to watch that. Oh well.

They usually repeat prime time programming the next day at noon.

It wouldn't hurt to check but tomorrow at noon it says High School Football.

If they're showing four more "Classics", airing one per month for the next four months would make a degree of sense.
