Cheap DVDs

I have been looking all over the place for two DVD collections, one is Third Watch, an NBC show featuring police officers, firefighters and paramedics on the NY streets and the other is Law and Order:Special Victims Unit. I saw a website called dvddonkey.com that sold the entire series of Third Watch, but I don't find the website credible at all since Amazon.com is only selling the first season of the series.

But DVDs are expensive for these two shows on amazon.com with the average price being $40.

Any other places online?

I'm a pretty big fan of deepdiscount.com. No matter how small the order you never have to pay for shipping and their prices are typically less then Amazon especially on more expensive items.

I second what Katuluu said. I've order through Deep Discount several times. They have low prices, you never pay shipping, and the delivery is quick.

Sorry in advance if this sounds like a commercial.

You can also try Half.com....if you don't mind the items being used. I think it's sponsored by E-bay, but without the bidding process, you just buy directly from sellers.

I'm not much of a fan of buying CDs/DVDs thru eBay or anything related. It's far too easy now for people to simply burn the films or albums and ship them off rather then the original. If you go into it with a buyer beware attitude you'll probably find more good deals then you are ever scammed.

Stay away from dvddonkey.com. By typing in "dvddonkey scam" into google you'll find a bunch of complaints about them not actually shipping any items.
