I followed up with those who are shipping the prizes and they confirmed that they have not gone out yet. My apologies. They have promised me that the posters will be shipped at the beginning of next week (Nov 29). Again, so sorry! Clay"

    www.baseball-reference.com http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif A complete listing of all major and minor league Brewers and all their career is something i'd like to have at some point, but at this point, it would be a huge undertaking and would pretty much wreck the performance of the current database (which needs help already).

    I received four Brewerfan.net store items today: - hooded sweatshirt - polo shirt - "value" t-shirt - white baseball cap First, the negatives: - I wasn't impressed with the white baseball cap. The dome is pretty thin, as is the bill. If you really want a cap, by all means, order one (they're cheap), but the quality isn't where I'd like to see a brewerfan.net branded product. - The polo shirt is pretty thin as well and is more like a thick t-shirt with a collar, but all-in-all not a bad item. The positives: - I really, really like the hooded sweatshirt. It's not uber-warm or anything, but it's of decent quality, and the logo looks very nice on it. - I was expecting the "value" t-shirt to be a really cheapo type t-shirt, but it exceeded my expectations. It's your average t-shirt quality type t-shirt, but at $9.99, I think it's an awesome bargain. So all in all, i'm very happy with my purchase. The t-shirts and the sweatshits are highly recommended! I just give the baseball cap a C-.

    To say i'm impressed by the generousity of the users here would be the understatment of the year. What was it, like a day and a half of asking for donations? FILTHY. Thanks to all you posters and all you lurkers out there who made another year of hassle-free message boards possible. Words can't say enough about our user base.

    For those who are interested, we now have 5 t-shirt designs online: - corporate logo (ball with brewerfan.net across it) - mascot logo (corporate logo on back) - power 50 logo (I am #51 / Brewerfan.net on back) - link report logo (corporate logo on back) - daily brew logo (corporate logo on back) If anyone's interested in variations on any of the designs offered, we can make it happen.... or if anyone has suggestions of designs on any of the products offered, i'm sure we're interested in hearing them.

    I believe they were using the Google AdSense program, where in the background Google did a search of their advertisers given the text on the page.

    Whizkid, I'll take a look at adjusting font size in IE, but can I suggest that in the meantime, you give Firefox a try as a browser? I'm able to increase and decrease all font sizes at will, unlike the way IE seems to be handling our fonts. here's a download link: www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ It's much better than the IE crap anyway http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

    Yeah, the leaderboard is going to be screwy for a bit, considering players "jumped" from indy/beloit/hd to nashville/charleston/brevard ... I'll try and get the fixes wrapped up ASAP.

    EZBoard decided to end that program, as the revenue didn't match the cost.

    Yeah, I did my development in Firefox while checking the site in IE, Opera, and Netscape. I also had Colbyjack do a lot of beta testing using his Mac (newest version of IE). The Mac tended to expose most problems... I also ran the home page through the W3C validator, and it now passes with flying colors. Like casey mentioned, i'd try clearing out your cache...
