That 2-0 pitch to Yelich that was called a strike was one of the worst calls I have seen in a while. Not even close.
-
Yeah it's been a real problem. The times Joey has looked competent is when the Brewers were winning 2 out of 3, etc. No one else is really hitting except Jackson.
-
Nice AB Contreras.

When does Arnold start to receive some criticism

Why am I not surprised that you're the type of person to make up a scenario to get mad about, then get mad about that scenario? On brand. No one is "accepting" mediocrity. One team can win the WS every year -- one. You've set yourself up nicely to always say we're not trying to win when the Brewers - to the surprise of literally no one - doesn't win the World Series. Championships absolutely matter. We live in the real world and understand the Brewers have disadvantages. They're still in contention every year and have prospects to send. Last I checked, the deadline hasn't arrived and a deal can still be made. Rather than endlessly complain and and attempt to gaslight us, you could come up with some trade scenarios? -
I think I could get Yelich out at this point.
-
That'll do it. No way this offense right now is coming back. Watch Yelich's weak ass AB coming in the bottom half of this inning.
-
Saw that coming.
-
Yelich needs a day off or something. He's missing 94 middle-in.
-
You cannot run there. You have to let Durbin get a chance to get the run in with less than 2 outs. Just stupid.
-
Some real ugly ABs in that inning.
-
Could see Houser going to the Cubs soon.
-
Keon looks great. Man that dude has some exit velo on his bombs.
-
I kinda dislike the time limit.
-
I'm over the game and absolutely stoked for this homerun derby.
-
Contreras is just a shell of himself.
-
Throw friggin strikes
-
What the hell was that?
-
Man it's been great to see these guys back for the derby and for the 25th celebration in general.
-
That's not what I'm saying. It appeared the defense, by the time Collins was retrieving the ball, assumed it was a homerun. Yes they threw the ball to 3B but it felt fairly nonchalant. I guess the runner was maybe not going full-go, either. Moot point either way.
-
I like that call (obviously as a Brewer fan) but yeah, if the Brewers play D normally there there may be a play a 3B.
-
I have never seen that. Should not be a HR.
