  1. Been a while since I've seen that move at all, regardless of level.
  2. Awesome. Goodbye no-hitter, goodbye shutout. That has to feel good for Monasterio.
  3. These guys look like they're swinging weight bats tonight.
  4. I didn't think that hit Ortiz. But.. it did. Perfect game is over. Take that Weathers!
  5. The bottom four of the lineup are what they are.. not great.. the top of the lineup looked equally inept in their first at bats tonight. We'll see what the second time through the order brings.
  6. That was about the least surprising result ever. Brewers finally wake up and the bullpen gives it right back. Turnin' it off, boss.
  7. What a bunch of "boomer gibberish". You are free to agree or disagree with whomever on Brewerfan. Nobody is "censoring" what you say, they're just asking you to not be a jerk and follow some simple rules. I know where you are going with this, and I do not think you have as good of a grasp on this amendment as you think you do.
  8. The way both players have been swinging the bat lately, I'm not convinced Perkins has any sort of advantage over Chourio, therefore I was annoyed he was pinch-hit for. I hate playing in Houston.
  9. Man, you were doing halfway OK until you turned into the usual passive aggressiveness. Everyone has their opinions on Chourio. Just because they disagree you doesn't mean they think they're experts. They might just feel the Brewers are operating under more information than you are. I'm sure the Brewers look into their minor leagues and realize they'd rather roll with Chourio's ups and downs while he's batting 8th and 9th than put some career AAAA player in there. We'll see what happens with Mitchell gets back. The passive aggressive back and forth of Chourio to AAA/Chourio should stay here is becoming old. Y'all can live and die with every one of his at bats if you want. I'll realize he's a 20 year old skipping AAA who the Brewers want to be in Milwaukee and even though he isn't OPS'ing close to an every day player, they must feel this is more valuable than being in AAA. The team is still winning, afterall.
  10. Starting to pitch Chourio in rather than breaking balls away.
  11. 2nd opinion? Interesting. I've got better vibes tonight.
  12. Someone near a mic is on-point with their ump-hate tonight and still managing to keep it clean.
  13. I'm being a complete apologist here, but Chourio is still taking good swings on pitches he should be swinging at. Breaking balls that are in the middle of the zone. Eventually he is going to start zeroing in on those.
