    Interesting last night in that the Brewer's offense still had pretty good at bats just with nothing to show. The Padres seemed to be the lucky ones. Nothing in depth, other than sometimes that's just baseball. We'll see if they can come up with a few big hits tonight.

    At least they made Musgrove work a bit but I was getting a little greedy there.

    Ortiz had a great at bat, the result wasn't there but he made Burnes work. There were a number of at bats like that today. My frustration was probably more than it should have been with Wiemer. Burnes is a tough matchup in his first MLB action in 2024. The team isn't always going to convert with RISP under 2 outs. As long as at bats are competitive I'm usually satisfied. I didn't think Wiemer was overly competitive but I'll give him some credit he made Burnes throw a few more pitches.
