    So I have been to MP many times but I am usually tailgating in the parking lot right up until gametime. I thought it would be cool to watch some of the guys take BP, but I didnt know what time I needed to get there for that. Any thoughts?

    I am getting pretty scared here. I was hoping to have a Brewer beard all the way into October. I was going to keep my beard until the Brewers were no longer in first place. Anything that will help me keep my beard I am totally down for.

    Bill?? Is that you?? Sorry I just couldn't help it. If I were trying to interpret tthat I would assume he is taking about pop ups and routine fly balls. I would find it hard to believe that he is saying fly balls and meaning line drives as well. THere is something to be said for making solid contact with balls and putting them in play whether it is hit right at someone or to open grass (obviously the latter being better).

    I'll echo the no need to apologize. Some people think everyone but themselves is a bandwagon jumper. I am going tonight and was thinking about bringing a bucket as well. Not going to be happening I guess.

    I watched Felicity in high school and have all the seasons on DVD. I watch them from time to time. You might be suprised but I have met a bunch of girls who love the fact that I have those DVD's haha!

    Sounds good guys. I think we are going to get down as far as DC and do Phlly, Jersey Shore and end up in NYC. Our time range is Aug 17th - Aug28th. Keep 'em coming.

    Because Weeks is the long term answer and an old fart like Graffy is not. Weeks will be here much longer than Graffy and has better stats this season. Their defense is about the same and Weeks is a better base runner. Thats why Weeks is playing more.

    Who would you advocate putting into the lineup in his place? Graffanino or Counsell? Come on guys. He is slumpinng right now but he is way better than either of those two guys. Rickie has been playing plus defense and getting on base at a decent clip given his low batting average. Heck is OPS is still .746 Not great but better than Graffy or Cousell. He is still a stolen base threat getting on at a .340 clip Is he what I thought he was going to be? Well, no but I cant think he will do worse than what he is doing right now and that isnt that bad. Sending him to AAA solves nothing.

    Hey East Coasters, my guys and I are taking a road trip out to your neck of the woods and our looking for some tips on things to do that you can't find on a tourist website. Possible Destinations: Boston NYC DC Philly Virginia Beach Jersey Shore We are all 24 year olds and on our last trip we went to a bunch of ball games, whitewater rafted and went backcountry backpacking (as a reference point). We already have plans to catch games at Fenway and Yankee Stadium, but other suggestions for places in between would be great. Thanks guys!

    The people who run Miller Brewing Co. could care less about the Brewers other than the fact that if they play well there is more publicity for them. They are an international company, they dont care about Brewer fans feelings. they care about making money. It sucks but it is the way it is in the economy we are subjected to here in the States. The only reason companies aquire naming rights to stadiums is to sell more of whatever it is they are selling. Don't take it personally.

    It's all about the mighty dollar. If I were a cubs fan I would love something like that. Besides they are all too stupid to realize the irony behind it.
