He's #2 in the NL with 9 saves. Only one other closer has more, with 10. Yeah, that's only because every freakin' game is a Save opportunity. The odds are in his favor. He has 9 saves and 5 blown saves (maybe six...I lost count). THAT's NOT GOOD! We should be in first place if it wasn't for him.

I'm officially on the "no more Gagne as the closer" bandwagon!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable. We should be in first place if it wasn't for him. Gagne better buy Sheeter a new car after today.

How 'bout we get Yovani some runs today. Just a thought!

It's time to keep this party rollin'.... Let's go bats!!!! Stayin' alive!!!! http://ts1.images.live.com/images/thumbnail.aspx?q=1593108279056&id=14207a84cbcc8e0105d3f8e5864efc3b This is going to be Brauny after crushing a 3 run BOMB against Dempster.

    We're good. Period.

Sparky on WSSP is pure Giddy about the trade in the fact that Gabe is "finally gone"...kinda being rude to the guy. Gabe did nothing but work hard and was a somewhat reliable option off the bench.

It's going to be nice having Gwynn's speed and baseball inteligence back. I'm going to miss Gross's walk up song..."I can only imagine" by Mercy Me...Great song. Good Luck Gross. Oh, how I can't wait till Cameron's back!!!!!!!!!!!

This season starts on April 29th when Cameron comes back. Gwynn will be coming back and Gross will be sent down. (actually now traded, Sparky's going nuts right now w/giddiness) With Cameron in the clubhouse, I know that the young kids are going to thrive. I like our record w/Cameron being out of line-up.

i couldn't have said it better. Yes, Hall has 5 HR's already which is nice, but Hart is the perfect 5 hitter and Hall is the perfect 6 hitter...why oh why can't Yost see this? At least he made the change, so that's a good start. We'll take it.

Not bad at all....If Weeks continues to slop it around out there, it's nice to know we've got Counsell on board. And yes.....this may happen. I hope it doesn't though.

Gagne was throwing 3 good pitches last night. He's going to be fine. I did give the him the finger though after he gave up the home run. Plus...he shook off Kendell, you just don't do that.

fortheloveofweeks: the inning just ended and we're going to the top of the 4th.

Not if Jason Kendall has anything to say about it http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif Good call SouthPaw!!

    JJ!!!!!!!!! No no-no tonight. Phew!
  18. brewtank34
Nice. Braun looking good out there. Other than that one E the other game, he's looked pretty comfortable out there and making some quick, good reads. Way to go 8 !!!

1-2-3. Scoobie Doo.....Where are U??????????? Seriously though, we better start working the count here and get this kid outta there by the 7th or else we ain't going to win this one. PERIOD.

I'm in fear of a no-no by Cueto....we can't hit dung at this point. I'm scared!!!! We need some Scoobie Snacks.
  21. brewtank34
Keep it going Suppan!!! Go Crew. Here's where we see if our Right handed dominance is going to hurt us...
  22. brewtank34
Braun should be looking at 6 years 33 mil
  23. brewtank34
Sheethead...I hope he's the Cy Young.. That'll mean we make it to the playoffs. We won't be able to re-sign him, but at least we'll be in the playoffs.
  24. brewtank34
44K in attendence today! Gotta love it. Go fans!!!

just got back from the game....beautiful day..glad that the roof was closed though. Sheets doing what he needs to do in a contract year. Fielder still getting clutch base hits, but still waiting for the long ball....oh well, we'll take a couple more from Brauny!! Complete Game outta Sheets...gotta love it. Go Crew. This is OUR year!!! Go Brewers!!!
