Most of his value was from defense though so while Morgan and Aoki will not match that they can come close so even over a full season not having Gomez wouldn't amount to a big loss. -
Green is a better hitter than Ishikawa is so I am not sure what you mean.

I should not have been as surprised as I was that Hart bunted, but I was. If Hart was as fast as he was a few years back it may have been a good idea. Now, stupid.

I don't think Gomez on the DL hurts anywhere near as much as Gonzalez, Gamel, or Narveson. CF is the one position where we have a lot of depth. Plus the manager was starting to misuse Gomez anyway. -
There has been very little bashing of Gomez. Just the manager for not using him properly. Gomez is what he is at this point. A very good defender with no plate discipline as a hitter.

and no Gomez has not improved at the plate. He has one walk. That is not a sign of improvement in his plate discipline.

They do make some good beers, you just have to track down their Big Eddy brews. My wife might like them. I am not a fan of stouts or scotch ales.

I wish they didn't have so much ad time during Brewer games. I know. Their commercial is quickly becoming very annoying.

I wish Leinenkugel's would work on making good beer instead of adding juice to their skunky beer.
