Going by what SRB posted it looks to me like the issue is batters. They are swinging at more bad pitches and getting themselves out. It's probably time for another expansion to dilute pitching talent.
If they asked him to move during the offseason, why did they wait till May to throw him under the bus? Why would they ask him to move during the offseason with both corner OF spots filled? They traded a guy and moved Braun to make room for Davis. There was zero sense asking Weeks to move even when they did. There was no place to move him to until Davis slumped. I am happy he refused. It would have been stupid to move Weeks off 2B.
I am trying to put together a flash drive with software on it to fix computers. I already have Chrome Portable, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, and Ubuntu on the list. What else would you guys recommend?
Yeah, a few weeks of spring training to get accustomed to a new position would make a difference. To me that was the most important part. If they had asked in the offseason it would have been different. I also think it was kind of stupid for them to ask Weeks to play in the OF. Seemed like a knee jerk reaction to me.
Whoever was in the WCW spot would not have been used last year early in the season either. Rhe manager stuck with just a few guys. That is what managers do in close games. Sad but true.
He used the relievers just how he had to at the start of 2014. If we had had fewer leads or scored more runs that would have meant fewer innings. Any manager would have done the same thing.
Unless your printer is really expensive it probably isn't worth fixing. I would have been looking to replace it based on not being able to print because you are out of a color you don't need. That's crap.
How is Linux as an OS? I recently acquired a laptop that I don't really need but it doesn't run well. It has Vista and is 2-3 years out of date. It meets the minimum requirements for Windows 7 but I really don't want to pay for a Windows 7 OS. I lnow later this year Microsoft is letting everyone upgrade to 10 free for a year after it's release.
Holy crap. Installation used to be basically free if you bought a stereo there. If you don't fear doing it yourself Crutchfield will give you really good instructions when you buy a stereo from them.
I have to fax weekly attendance sheets. 2 a week right now but will be 6 pages a week once my online classes start. $1 a sheet at the local library isn't bad, but if you add it up that's $24 a month later on. I will look into the library at school. I can probably get away with E-mailing half the sheets with the scanning app on my phone. The only way to submit most of the sheets is by fax.
I ended up with the WD My Passport Ultra 1TB. We'll see how it works out. The next thing I am looking at is faxing without a fax machine. The document scanning part I can handle with my phone. It looks like there are several online companies that will fax documents for you for a price. Edit: and I need to work on my typing.
Maybe at some point I should go through and do the SP thing again. I figured an average of each team's top 32 starts per year by ERA and innings pitched. At the same time I compiled how many different pitchers had a start each year. Last time I did it I came up with most teams being around 7 starters per year.
[sarcasm]Merry #$*%!@& Christmas!!![/sarcasm] I know right. Wait IKR. Have to fit in with the young guys. Have to brush up on my 1337. First day of school down. First day of school since 1994. I plan to come out of this better than when I was laid off. I will at least have a 2 year degree under my belt. Find a field that fits my personality better.
