  1. So if Sheets goes Friday who are we starting Thursday? This might be why Doug said McClung might get a start........just suspecting
  2. I am having some file sharing issues on a windows network (I have XP). The only computer that is seen on the workgroup is mine. When ipconfig /all is done, it shows NetBIOS as being disabled. So I went to the network properties > Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) > General > Advanced > WINS > Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP. After doing this, the ipconfig /all was done again and it showed that NetBIOS was still disabled even though I manually enabled it. Just for your reference, I turned off my firewall and also tried these comands in cmd, but it still didn't work: netsh winsock reset netsh firewall reset Any suggestions would be great!
  3. I hear ya. With the way Bush is pitching this year, McClung can't be much worse. Vargas would be even better.
  4. I had a feeling this would happen........People thought i was crazy in the chat when I brought this idea up.
  5. I'm finding myself saying why did *player x* swing at that pitch before the pitch is even thrown.
  6. Instead of putting an =, put a 1 It will look like =RIGHT(A1,FIND("1",A1))
  7. It seemed all Hill could do was throw balls. That run was courtesy of no hits.
  8. With Gallardo going down..............is it possible that Capuano will be ready to pitch later this year (obviously not now)?
  9. Yea, I don't know about that guy. He kind of migrated over from behind homeplate to where we were where the net was cut off. Hopefully he isn't someone that posts on this website.
  10. Here are some pictures against the Marlins on 4/27/08 http://i276.photobucket.com/albums/kk3/weshelmsfan/IMG_1847.jpg Counsell http://i276.photobucket.com/albums/kk3/weshelmsfan/IMG_1857.jpg Hart http://i276.photobucket.com/albums/kk3/weshelmsfan/IMG_1867.jpg Bill Hall -- This was his homerun tie the game at 2-2. I wish I didn't move the camera because it could have been a much better picture. http://i276.photobucket.com/albums/kk3/weshelmsfan/IMG_1885.jpg Gwynn http://i276.photobucket.com/albums/kk3/weshelmsfan/IMG_1891.jpg Prince swinging at garbage http://i276.photobucket.com/albums/kk3/weshelmsfan/IMG_1894.jpg Hart at impact
  11. I hate Wes Helms! The last two games I have attended ended with Wes Helms getting the winning hit! Did he ever have a game winning hit in the 3 years he played in Milwaukee? He had a walkoff homer in the thirteenth in 2005 from what I remember.
  12. The Cubs use to be called the White Sox, Colts, and my personal favorite -- Orphans. I guess you could also call the Orioles the Brewers. Back on subject, the Rays are legit this year. If their pitching can hold out this year, there is no reason why they can't contend. Pitching wins games. This was what got the Brewers 7 games over .500 at the allstar break in 04. Pitching is also what gave us an historically bad second half of that same year.
  13. Our family is probably the only family that actually likes Wes. Yesterday my dad wore his autographed Wes Helms jersey. We named our dog after him. I am part of a small private Wes Helms Fanclub. Anyways....................I think brewer fans need to realize that his stay in Milwaukee was not that bad. He did have some power and had a good arm (not implying he had good defense). I know I'm a minority here, but I simply did not like 3TO as our third baseman and preferred Wes. There is no fun in a guy that strikes out 40% of the time. Also, last time I checked, Wes is still wanted in the major leagues. After he had his slip in San Juan (or whatever country it was), his batting average went way up. It was over a course of 408 abs (2 full years of atbats, not a small sample!), his BA was .316 with 14 homers. And now he has recently become a small brewer killer.
  14. Why would Cedeno say something like that in April? With a comment like that, I hope that the Cubs will begin to downward spiral................not that I don't always want that.
  15. Prince drew four walks today
  16. How serious was the injury? Was he able to walk? Or did he get carted off the field? He was helped off the field by another player like when in football or basketball when someone rolls an ankle really bad. I think it was theriot, not sure though.
  17. I just saw Soriano limp off the field in the first inning

  19. Final score seems to not be as biased to the Yankees, Red Sox or any large market team, so I guess this could be a reason why many of us watch FSN.
  20. They had a temporary outage yesterday, it works again now.
  21. I would watch fsn final score if they got rid of thing on the right hand side of the screen. In SD this really takes away from the highlight. Maybe if FSN was in HD like sportscenter, I would probably watch it. Is it in HD on fsn HD?
