  1. I am not getting fsnhd in Janesville, the screen is black.
  2. One thing you could do would be to edit the files in a graphics program like Photoshop, GIMP, paint.net, etc so that they fit the size that you want to print. Thanks for the suggestion. However, I just got back from vacation and have 200+ that are going to get printed and it seems like a lot of extra work for this to work.
  3. This is something that I just don't understand. The aspect ratio on most digital cameras is 4:3. However, when it comes time to print the photos, sizes offered by most stores and websites are 3:2 (ie 4x6). To make the 4:3 photo fit on the 3:2 photo, they crop off some of the top and bottom of the digital picture. There was a temporary solution to this problem during last winter of last year when walgreens offered a print size of 4x5.3 which is very close to the 4:3 ratio. Now when I go to the walgreens website, I don't have that option anymore -- I only have an option for 4x6. I don't know why stores haven't made that transition yet, its not like most people don't have digital cameras. Does anybody know of some store that offers 4:3 prints or a solution? Thanks
  4. I think that is Sister Christian by Night Ranger
  5. The cubs game is blacked out in janesville on espn. There goes flipping between the brewers and cubs.
  6. Liriano called up today. Livan Hernandez and Craig Monroe were DFA. Its amazing that this happened right after the trade deadline. Per ESPN Bottom Line
  7. NSBB igt Go about 3 quarters the way down. Absolutely hilarious!
  8. Glad to spark your interest in a new course Menotti. It is probably one of my favorite courses in the area. If you play from the tips, the shortest par 3 is over 225 yards. The last time I played it was a three man scramble. We ended up -1 with my dad using 18 consecutive tee shots.
  9. I highly recommend golfing Bergamont in Oregon (Wisconsin obviously). It was designed by Andy North. Better hurry up and golf it though becuase the course is probably going to only be open to the public for maybe another 1 or 2 years because it is turning into a country club. There are castles all around it. It is a 7300 yard links style course. The walking twighlight rate (which i think starts at 3pm) is $25. Also, when I go at that time there is nobody on the course.
  10. Don't get me wrong, it should not be used to judge how well a pitcher pitches -- it does not consider run support given to the pitcher, and there are better ways to judge a pitcher (see above). IMO the W-L record is an outdated stat. When pitchers were expected to complete the game, a W-L record could better define how the pitcher pitched. Granted the is still based off of many other uncontrollable variables (defense, offense support, managing), but someone else couldn't blow their "win" as they can now. Capuano was a victim of that last year. He left a couple games and the bullpen blew his "win". This gets me thinking....................Is there a stat that shows how many of your "wins" were blown by the bullpen?
  11. Found this little tidbit on JM Gold. This article talks about joining Gold joining Neugebauer on the Brewers roster after he rehabs from his TJ surgery. I hope none of the guys we drafted this year turn into a JM Gold.
  12. The Wild however do sell out during quite a few times during the season. Minnesota is known for their hockey.
  13. I'm glad there is no Bella Delina Opera commercial anymore. That commerical makes the new Klements commercial stomachable.
  14. Sorry if I wasn't that clear. When I said "they," I meant the media. This involves many internet sites, baseball games, and even at the ballpark. I guess I can buy that average fan stuff jhart, but showing the stat on tv with no explanation from the announcers would help more fans like many of us on this site.
  15. Well if thats the case, why don't they use this stat?
  16. I've had this discussion with some of my friends and was wondering what peoples on this forum. When splits with handedness are shown for a pitcher/hitter, they always show a total rbi and total hr count. This stat is often misleading due to the fact that righties are faced more than lefties. I've always wondered why they haven't divided this total by the respective at bat count -- ie the homers hit against a lefty divided by the total atbats against a lefty. This way you could better see power and production differences with a righty and lefty. What do you think about this?

  18. I am not a Branyan fan by any means -- but yesterday I was able to get a picture of Russ's opposite field homer at impact from right behind the visitor's dugout. It will be posted later today in the picture thread. A similar picture for Braun's homerun was also captured and will be posted. I guess this will be a little teaser for you the KKKKK(BB)KKKK(HR)K fans.
  19. I wonder how this site would be if Kapler didn't bail out Branyan.
  20. Ueck and Jim said they were going to go back on the air at 6:45 CT
  21. They argued? I would have never guessed.
  22. Commercials on mlb.tv are just horrible. It was much better when that ball is spinning and it has mlb.tv on the screen.
  23. This pitcher has really good stuff!
  24. This has been updated on the Brewers website.........Sheets is to on Thursday. That is the way it should be too.
  25. I guess it depends on whether Ned wants someone to get irregular rest. If the Brewers had an off day on Monday, someone could pitch on regular rest.
