I'm with you on 6FU's finale. That is one of my top 5 TV shows ever. Best finale for sure.

I'm surprised so many people are not understanding the finale. It seemed like they spelled out what happened as much as they possibly could have without insulting our intelligence. Even a woman that writes for the LA Times posted a review thinking that they died in the original plane crash. I liked the ending a lot more than I was expecting to. I thought there was no way they could make me satisfied after how much this show frustrated me the past 5 years, but they did. Walt is my only issue... they made it seem like he was a big deal and then completely ignored him. Other than that, I am happy with the way it all went down - even if they milked it a bit in those middle seasons to make it last longer. I figured out how it was going to end pretty early in the episode... when Elois was talking to Desmond and asking him if he was going to take her son (Farraday) with him... and at first I thought "ah man they're all dead" and hoping I was wrong. I wasn't wrong, but it didn't ruin the ending for me.

I sure would like him gone, too.... that is once Gomez and Edmonds are healthy - because until then I can't offer any better option. Seemed like Gomez would've easily caught that fly ball to deep center last night and Gerut just looked stupid. -
Yeah, that was what set me off. It'd be one thing if this was just a random slip-up, but this is the norm for Davey Nelson. Cory alone would be better than this.

If they don't can Davey Nelson I may need to stop listening to games. He's excruciatingly awful. He never adds an interesting take or angle on anything - he basically repeats what Cory says but in a very inarticulate jumbled mess. The guy just plain can't speak on the air - television OR radio. He needs to go.

I'm going on Sunday so I would LOVE to miss Halladay this weekend. Also - in case anyone didn't know - I'm listening to the game and Davey Nelson is truly terrible.

After thinking about it more I may just have to bite the bullet and get a PS3 rather than a PS2 version of the Show. I heard you can add your own at-bat music... which is AWESOME. Can anyone confirm this? How does that work... do you have to edit down the songs on your computer so it will play the specific 10 second clip of the song or can you actually do it in the game? That would be impressive.

Either that or he is working with the MIB to try and get all of the Candidates in the same place at the same time so they can be killed. Next week's episode is going to be the best one yet for those of us that are really interested in "the game".

The finale is actually 2 and a half hours now. Plus a 2 hour pre-show, plus they're replaying an "enhanced" Pilot on Sat May 22

By touching the wires on the bomb, Sawyer made it so that the bomb COULD hurt all of them, regardless of if they were on the list or not.

The PS2 version is nothing compared to the PS3 version Graphics-wise? Or are there other things that are way better about the PS3 version?

I just saw that the Show 2010 came out for the Playstation 2 also. I think I may just drop the $80 it would cost to get a used Playstation 2 along with the game rather than pay $400 for better graphics. I play MVP 05 on the gamecube right now so I don't think the graphics will bother me. This is a long shot, but has anyone played it for the PS2?

I tried the Show 2010 and actually beat my friend that owned it 9-4. I think that's because it uses the same "meters" type of play as MVP 05 and I played a lot of that beforehand. Anyway, I want this game pretty bad, but can't justify spending $400 just to play it. I'm hoping for a PS3 pricedrop before Christmas. May not happen, but I doubt I can find a used PS3 anywhere.

Like someone had previously mentioned.... unless Weeks really loves it in Milwaukee - why should he sign an extension when he's this close to free agency? Seems like there's little reason for him to do it, knowing he's so close to a big deal elsewhere. PS- HOW close is he? Is he a free agent next year?

Yeah, I also understood that that's where the writers were going. The weird brother relationship was supposed to make that more obvious, I think. She has always been a weirdo. Great episode, I laughed a lot. "What your real name? Lionel Frankenstein?"

It's really irritating having these games on ESPN. The picture is better but these guys really don't take the Brewers seriously and it bothers me.

feels like we stole this one... but it helps balance things out because I thought we caught some bad luck on opening day.

I only watched about a half hour of the game, but I listened to the rest. Sure seems like we hit the ball hard but just had some bad luck all day.
