If we wanna see a game 4 there's gonna have to be a massive change here come Saturday. Philly has pitched well I admit, but c'mon now! Stop beating yourselves Brewers!

    Gagne's looking filthy right now.

You see, I have to agree with you here. That's what has disappointed me time and time again this season. In particular, the Post Season has been a glaring example of defensive liability and poor decisions. I'm not sure how the bats go so totally cold like they have right now, but they have. Perhaps this club needs to mix in more pure hitters to actually do some damage while the power guys are striking out or grounding out to the corners. I dunno. Post Season is great, and I'm happy our team is a part of it, but such an anemic display of baseball skill has me fully discouraged and down right angry.

I don't quite know how our pitchers (besides the slam) have gotten in and then out of trouble so many times with no further damage. Really, if we could have just gotten 3 runs or maybe 4 scattered throughout, I'd be a whole lot happier. The total lack of any offensive spark or hint of discipline has me frustrated to no end.

I sort of wish I lived on the flight path the Brewers will be on when landing at Mitchell Field so I could go out and "moon" their plane tonight.

    Howard gets the IBB.

Cameron making up for the miscue the other night by not falling down on that misplayed ball.

When I asked for a nice Brewers rally, I had fully intended they constitute a battle of more than just a 7 pitch inning. Truly pathetic.

Of course I can post after physical damage. I am a Brewers fan. All of us here are taking on lots of damage and posting away. Thank you all for noticing though.

OK- Here we go. Let's have a nice inning here

Nice stab by Fielder. LLLLets get some runs!

I keep looking back to that Hart GIDP in the first which totally let Meyers off the hook. We do more damage in that inning, and I highly doubt that Philly has more than even two runs.

I think I'm gonna blow my freakin' head off right now to end the suffering. I'll post again shortly.

One positive thing to look at about the game- The Brewers don't take very long when it's their turn to bat. This will allow my pain to end sooner in the evening.

0-2 on Hart and he gets beaned. I'm fully surprised he did not swing at that ball.

I'm late to the party, but I wanna get my digs in on Hart too. I'm the kinda guy that gets way ticked off at a moronic swing like Hart took in his rally killing at bat. A pitcher who was all over the place walking Hardy in 5 pitches. I do believe that Sveum or Skanlin should have pulled him to the side and said "Hold off the first pitch, no matter what." Corey Hart could not get the ball to the outfield if he drove it there in a freight train. Corey Hart could not get a ball to land safely if the outfielders turned their backs to him.

The kindness of Brewerfan folks never ceases to amaze me. I don't want to give up a name, but my thanks are many.

It's a concert. I thought everybody did mini donuts.

I'd like to get to the game on Saturday and if one of you have a ticket (or two) you'd be willing to part with, I'd appreciate it. I can pay cash and I'd be willing to bring my grill and cook or even drive for you. I don't have a parking pass, so we'd need one. It's worth a shot. Heck, it's the playoffs. I gotta try to get there somehow.

I'm heading out to go watch some playoff baseball at TGI Friday's at the ball park. The game I've chosen to view shall feature the Phillies of Philadelphia hosting the Brewers of Milwaukee. Yup, that's right peeps! I said Milwaukee in the post season!

Burrell just finished BP for today after he apparently ran around in the outfield. He is still undetermined for game time but if he can't go, Matt Stairs will play instead.

I'll take two if there are any left over.

In an effort to thwart unwanted sales persons inundating our site and selling highly overpriced and perhaps misrepresented items, we at Brewerfan have implemented a safety to the site. MBA is just a fancy way of us being able to put a one month "hold" on new members being able to post to that forum.

    I'll take Sunday's if that's cool.
