  1. I'm bad at links here, but if I read the graphs correctly, Woodruff and Burnes both had a noticable drop in rpm their last start or 2. Hopefully nothing more than a blip.
  2. In hindsight, the Brewers probably should have hung on to McKinney instead of Vogelbach. Oh well ... win some, lose some. Obviously it's only been 12 games, but it does seem odd since Stearns and company seem to love versatility, especially the fringe guys.
  3. Off to a hot start with the Mets through 12 games. Good for him.
  4. South Park has a pretty classic, though not politically correct episode about this.
  5. His wife posted a gif on Instagram of him taking BP...with the line, I still got it or something.
  6. Like a deer in headlights.
  7. I've been doing one celsius energy drink in the morning before me walks/runs at noon and it seems to help keep me moving. I do the zero calorie sodas to kick my soda cravings. And I keep it to only 1.
  8. Same. Was in Nashville for the weekend. Going to do 24 hour fasts this weekend with a few beers at softball Tuesday and Wednesday.
  9. Nice Adam. Good luck on your goal!
  10. The Bucks look like they are playing tough d, but I'm watching from afar.
  11. It makes me wonder if he was intentionally tanking while he was here. Didn't he say he'd rather be in Baltimore? And they were the worst team in baseball. I feel like I remember something similar.
  12. There are a few good twitter accounts to follow that have the heads up on releases. I scored a ps5 with The Show last week. Supposed to arrive this week.
  13. Pathetic strike 3 call to Yelich, but he probably shouldn't miss a middle middle fastball before that.
  14. Still counts! One thing I've kept in mind while doing my fasting days is...if I'm hungry. I'll eat, but I just make sure I dont eat foolishly. If I need something small I'll get cheese and almonds, if I need something bigger ill get an unwich from JJs. The biggest thing for me is I wanted to be more in control of my body and not always fall into a trap of eating junk. The only days I really make sure I fast for sure is when I have eaten poorly or plan on eating poorly.
  15. Seems to be a theme for the Crew right now. When they finally do hit the ball hard it is right at someone.
  16. The guy on deck strikes out at an incredibly high rate. Bunting them over would have given away a chance for a hit.
  17. I agree with this so much. A guy who hits .200 actually has value if he's putting the ball over the fence 30 times a year like he did with the Mariners. It's actually quite comical that he's seemed to have moved away from the launch angle and exit velocity trend and trying to become a hit for contact guy. I feel like this board has been begging for guys to do that and somehow, probably the one guy in the lineup you wouldn't want to do it, has become the guy to pick it up lol He did mention this in an interview. Almost like changing his swing and not hitting the ball hard doesnt work against some of the best athletes in the world.
  18. I agree. The first day is the worst. It seems to fit my family as well. I dont eat lunch and will go for a 2 mile walk instead. This helps keep me from thinking about it. I had state darts this weekend and ate and drank poorly from wed-Sunday. Only put on half a pound. The other bonus is that my stomach just wont hold as much food. So when I had pizza I only ate 2 pieces instead of half or more.
  19. I chew gum and slug a lot of water. Seems to help, but I've never really gotten headaches.
  20. Yea, unfortunately I didnt get into live music until after Wayne had passed, so my first time seeing them was those 2 shows. One in illinois and one at the Rave. Was awesome though. Wife offered to go to Daytona Beach for our Wedding Anniversary this year. It's over Novemeber 11th and the rock festival down there has a solid lineup, but I'm not really in the mood to see Metallica twice as they are headlining two days. I have seen them before and they are good, but I dont know. Also Nine Inch Nails is headlining one day and I dont care for them much.
