  1. From what I have read online, the parts are hard to come by and it's just a nightmare to work with...or something. But hey, Sears said they could get a guy here on April 27th. Cuz...you know, I can go 3 weeks without a fridge with two kids under 2.
  2. This is accurate. We were fortunate to have done a basement remodel and kitchen remodel right before everything hit last year. We added a half bath in the basement where they had to dig up the 'crete and it ran about 6k. However, we had my wife's dad's company do it and he doesn't charge labor for us.
  3. Appliance Doctor won't? Nope. He said, 'Good Luck'
  4. I used to play Warhammer 40k and a WWII miniature game. Some of those games would take a few days to complete sometimes multiple weekends. One time the group I played with we played one scenario for WWII for a whole month took pictures of the battlefield after each day. Fun times. Some of the models that people build for that can get a bit crazy. My old man and his buddies used to have this massive Risk board that one of the old dudes made. I am talking like...15 feet by 10 feet.* That board was sweet. Anyway, they used to get together once a week, slug beers and play Risk in that dudes basement. *I was like 8 when I saw the board, so I don't actually know the size, but it was massive and I loved it.
  5. Fridge broke down...3 years old. No one will work on it cuz it's a kenmore. Lesson learned. Do your research.
  6. San Diego maybe? If Tatis is down for a while they may be able to use Arcia as a serviceable SS.
  7. Don't lose the power assuming you are playing with us again in softball. We need dingerz. Shows up to spring training in the best shape of his life, etc, etc.
  8. That sounds awesome, you too!
  9. Nice work. Keep it up! I’m working on my dad bod this year. The early Spring has been a blessing. I’ve been able to get out and walk most mornings. Usually, I’m stuck inside on the exercise bike until May. Thanks! I graduated HS at 145. Frosh year of college 160, Soph year at 175, and graduated at 190. Hovered around 190 for most of my 20s and early 30s. The last 2-3ish years(2 kids) and now with covid...hit the scale and saw 230. That was enough. Trying for 180 by eating better with less carbs, more veggies, and smaller portions, then the running/walking in the mornings/evenings after the kids are in bed. I had a goal to run 3 miles by the end of the month, but that may have been aggressive. I used to run 5 miles all the time with no issues, but man, my legs have been sore this weekend. Plus shin splints because I am sure my shoes are not perfect for running. The long walks have been sublime though.
  10. I have lost 15 pounds. 35 more to hit my goal of 50.
  11. I am not saying he looks good, but to me, the at bats look better than last year. how so? I kind of explained it in response to another, but its just my unprofessional eye. So it may be way off.
  12. I am not saying he looks good, but to me, the at bats look better than last year. In what way? How much better can you look striking and and dribbling a ball 10 feet in front of the plate. Not sure I can explain it. Last year he looked completely lost. Right now it looks like good swings at least. Just my unprofessional eye though.
  13. I am not saying he looks good, but to me, the at bats look better than last year.
  14. Pretty sure you just pick your own. Dont know for a fact. My buddy that played pro overseas chose his own.
  15. Yea, this is why I always screenshot the code AND if possible I just scan them all from my phone. I dont even deal with sending them.
  16. Yea, its wild.
  17. I'm going to selflishly bump this post. Offer still stands if someone is willing to work with me (and assuming that this type of an arrangement would work at all?). If it would work to log in to the FoxSports To Go app to watch the games, I would be more than happy to venmo/paypal someone $10 a month to access either a Spectrum/DirecTV UN/PW. I would only use this to watch the Brewers games this season, or until Sinclair and YTTV actually come to an agreement. If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to give me cell # here and we can work out arrangements offline. I am pretty sure spectrum has cracked down on this and makes you log in close to home. Which makes no sense.
  18. I will be following along. A girl I taught in 3rd grade is playing with them next year.
  19. I think Rowe is better, but that championship game did him no favors.
