I was bummed to see Dhoogie leave the program, but man has he been bad this year. 3 points in 18 games and a minus 16. Yikes.

I have not had to go through this on either side, but if I was to get fired I would want them to just tell me. I wouldn't want to get called into the office and have some small talk about the family or whatever. I'd want them to call me in and tell me why I was being let go and that be the end of it.

Ya know, its funny. I never got the flu vaccine until I had a child on the way 3 years ago. I used to get the flu once a year and multiple lengthy illnesses. Since the flu shot, nothing. That is, until last year middle of February. However, I'm not entirely convinced I didnt have Covid. I know the timeline does match up, but man I checked ALL of the boxes except the taste and smell, but I couldnt eat, so who knows.

Not just that, but having players that can play multiple positions may be wise this year due to Covid. How many times are guys going to have to quarantine and the Brewers need a body for a few days or whatever.

Why is someone with more than 3 offenses allowed to buy a car or even drive? License should be permanently revoked. I generally agree, but it doesn’t actually require a license to get behind the wheel (people shouldn’t drive without insurance either, but it happens every day). My guess is his license was permanently revoked about 10 offenses ago and the guy still insists on turning a friend’s car into a torpedo every now and then. My guess is, if he has 18, it is not every now and then. It is everyday. I mean, that is ridiculous.

If they still did the buffet I think I would get it more often. I'm a sucker for a salad opener. I tried the Domino's cheeseburger pizza...and it did taste like a cheeseburger. Though, I did put my own pickles on it. I really don't like any of the chain pizza places, but the cheeseburger one was pretty good.

This was a pretty good write up and I agree with a lot of it. Beydoun played really well Saturday I thought and made a lot of the tough saves, but yes, it's pretty clear he isn't elite. The Badgers might be an interesting case study for the tourny. They are 500, but lost one game on a 3v3 ot with 20 seconds left, and lost 3 games when they were short 5 guys due to covid. Splitting the next series with Minnesota could go a long way.

Good win last night against Minnesota. The Goohers dominated most of the 3rd, but Beydoun played well.

Agreed. They had a few fortunate bounces as well. I really thought USA dominated from the 10 minute mark in the 1st period to the 10 minute mark in the 3rd period. Canada was absolutely buzzing the last 10 minutes of the game. If they had played with that intensity the entire game I think they would have won.

My buddy just got his 2nd shot today. I'll have to ask how hes feeling.

USA played really well through the middle of that game, but Canada put on major pressure in the last 10 minutes. Was a fun game to watch and I am a little surprised Canada looked flat through the middle. Perhaps them coasting to the finals hurt them.

Except Coan is good He may be a bit better than Hornibrook but I think he'll end up as a backup and we probably won't hear much from him. Could be wrong but ND returns their top 2 QB's as well as brings in a top recruit. I think Book is going to go pro, but they do have a top 50 recruit coming in. -
I think this is part of it. Last year so many guys left a sour taste in my mouth that I am down on almost everyone. I keep telling myself...no way they can be as bad as last year. Hopefully that becomes true.

True. At least our district is doing a virtual week before face 2 face, so I'll be alone in my room at least.

My friends in the health industry have all gotten their first round and everyone one of them has said we would be silly not to. I asked if they would give it to their kids and they have all said, 'absolutely'. Wrt the MIL. Very frustrating.

FSN/Sinclair/regional sports network streaming

For anyone wondering. I just looked at my bill. Spectrum is 73.99 a month for all the 'normal channels' 3 to 93. Then they charge 7.99 for the box. Sports pack is an extra 5$ and that includes NFL network, nhl network, and 11 other sports stations. New members can get cable and internet for less than 100$ a month for 12 months. I usually call every other year and get this cheaper price. Charter sucks, but compared to the prices of streaming services I'm okay paying the extra 10ish bucks a month. -
Spencer Knight was awful for USA today. I dont want to blame him for the loss...but it was bad.
