  1. Wait...what? Another borderline pitch not going Peraltas way. Yea... I guess I'm wondering why? Hes in his second year and has had his ups and downs...sure.
  2. Not going to enjoy watching him barrel up baseballs the next few years. He was on every one of them.
  3. Yeah, no good. But, if they want to speed up games...maybe start with calling pitches strikes that are pretty clearly strikes.
  4. Went to my first opening day ever(spring break), and it was awesome. Really fun.
  5. I think most would love to see the Brewers add Kimbrel, but some want him to get it done no matter what it takes, while others pretty clearly realize money is limited no matter how much you have. I for one, would never tell someone what they need to do with their money. There is a reason most of these owners have gotten to where they are. They dont make rash decisions that could jeopardize their wealth. Go get Kimbrel...or not. I dont know which way the chips will fall, but I'd prefer to get it done soon if they are gonna get him. Makes me nervous these guys havent been apart of spring training at all(I realize they are still working our and getting stuff done).
  6. I hate country music but appreciated all of the live shows. Literally every bar starting early in the morning.
  7. Cant debate that logic.
  8. Why only one year? Wouldn’t it be better for the Brewers to have him for multiple years? I mean he could help them win a lot more games over two or three years than one. Chances are he wont sign a multi year deal unless he gets mega money. I'm assuming he would take a 1 year deal for mega money, but the Brewers wouldnt imvest mega money for multiple years. Maybe not though.
  9. He also made a terrible defensive play that gave someone a hit they didn't deserve. For today that is a win but it points to the reality of the downside of his play. He is a bad base runner and an awful defensive player. This does remind me of the Khris Davis deal, we traded away a guy probably one year too early and didn't get enough back. But it was the right move to trade the player as their non offensive stock is just awful, Khris Davis is a terrible baseball player outside of hitting home runs. Hard to decide how much the power gains value over all the huge negatives from the rest of his game. Davis has been a roughly 2.5 WAR player with the A's, so a bit above average but below all star level and that is with insane power. I agree, I just always liked him and hoped for more. Nothing really lost I'd guess.
  10. Santana hit a grand slam in the opening game of the 2019 season. Hope he has a great year. Always liked him and wish it would have worked out for him here.
  11. Badgers are 1 point dogs currently...I am taking that one. And the under. Even if it is only 100. Ha.
  12. I had a rough day Saturday, so I took today off. Ha.
  13. Im staying on the Bucks and I am taking Marquette tonight too. Havent really looked much into the Marquette game, but just a gut feeling. Plus itll give me a reason to tune in.
  14. I'm not sure I'm understanding this. 3 players will take part in a one day "election"? How do you have an election with 3 people? Will it really an election or will those guys just decide who is on the remainder of the two rosters? Is it an election or is it a selection? Pretty sure I read their will be a vote to get the top 3 for each position, then there is an election day between those 3, for all positions.
  15. Just keep riding the Bucks when they're less than 10 vs blah teams. not gonna get them all but should come out ahead. Unless of course they start resting Giannis or other key guys For sure. I've been riding the Bucks hard.
  16. Whoops.
  17. I like the Zags tonight and possibly Chicago(without Lavine though)
  18. Good thing they are probably faking it!
  19. Im trying to find it, but I read yesterday that he was clocked at 83/84 on those 3 pitches. Yikes.
  20. Did pretty well last night. Put a sizeable number on the under for the UW game(140!?), took Milwaukee, and put a small number on Houston, which didnt hurt too bad.
  21. why? I don't care what he does in March. I want him to be pitching in Sept/Oct Because he’s ready to pitch in games. I think brewers agree, but we’ll find out tomorrow. Love to see him build up his pitch count so he can open with the big club. He can build up the pitch count by throwing simulated games.
  22. I for one, am amazed that you can tell his body fat %(when it is so close) simply by watching him on tv/seeing him run/looking at stock photos online.
  23. Badgers hockey should be pretty good in the next few years, hopefully they get some solid goaltendys.
  24. I apologize if I'm off base here, but it looked to me like he reached for the phone and she tipped over. What did he do that is physical(to her)? He tried to grab her phone and fell. What am I missing?
