    I'm sure the Cardinals will bring up a couple of minor league phenoms for their starting rotation, and they will perform like aces. Based on history, and history alone, I will never count the Cardinals out, NEVER! I hate them.

    Everyone has their gripes about this team, so I'll pile on. I'm sick of BA showing up whenever his contract allows. Today, I counted 3 times that he mispronounced Joey Wiemer's name. It isn't WIMER BA, It's Weeeeemer! The guy no longer offers anything to this team. He no longer knows anything about this team except for what notes some producer throws on the table just before the game starts. I mean seriously, he can't pronounce a kids name who has been playing pretty much every game this season? I hope we are done with BA after this season, no more 30 game contracts.

    I have Burnes on two fantasy teams. I am benching him in both leagues, so he should put up some massive fantasy numbers today. Once again, I'll take one for the team if it means a Brewers win!

    What does Urias have to do with Wiemer being sent down? If we drop Wiemer, who is left to play the outfield? We don't really have a replacement for him unless that means that Anderson moves to RF permanently, while Urias is our every day 3B. Gross. This team is nothing more than an offensive black hole, and we continue to do this year in and year out. Sign a bunch of wanna be, never were, has beens off the scrap heap that no one else wanted, then be all surprised that it doesn't work. So frustrating.

    Not a fan of the HUGE Oxy advertising on the Astros sleeves. Only a matter of time before the Brewers join in on the advertising on the jerseys nonsense. The nike swoosh is bad enough...

    A lot of people tend to forget, or ignore, all the great cops out there. They have a thankless, dangerous job, and do not get enough kudos for what they do day in and day out.

    Thankfully, we gave up basically nothing to get him. BUST.

    ...today as they stayed way past all the other players on auto Sunday, and signed until everyone in line got their sigs! Love to see this from players rather than the ones who leave as soon as they possibly can. These are the two players in highest demand for autos, and they stayed a good 15 minutes after their teammates started leaving...

    This offense is very consistent, consistently bad. It is what it is, and fooling ourselves into thinking anything else is just crazy.

    Gray seems like a guy who just isn't going to figure things out. One of many I guess. His 2 for 37 didn't help him for sure. Would have been nice had the Brewers left him in Appleton to begin with, where he was having a pretty good season. We'll see what happens from here on out.

    Don't we do this pretty much every single season? Pick up a bunch of retreads, might be's, and see what sticks? This isn't new, in fact, we should all be used to it by now. I was looking forward to at the very least, having a top 3 pitching rotation of Cy Young Burnes, Close to Cy Young Woodruff, and future Ace Peralta, and we can't even have that. This kind of sucks...

    Curious why Gray Jr. was sent back down. Interesting. Just got Bello's autograph Sunday. Also interesting that he'd retire, but he certainly wasn't getting a lot of playing time with the t-rats. Seemed to at least be healthy this year.
