  1. And The Wire. Which means its all down hill when you're done with BCS, so slow down! There is still OZ and NYPD Blue to watch, can't go wrong with either of those gems... Another great show: Justified!
  2. If you then do Better Call Saul, you will be in binge heaven! May I suggest NYPD Blue?
  3. Finally started watching The Wire. First couple episodes were slow in developing, and I was wondering why the show had so much hype. Now that I am 8 shows in, I can't stop watching.
  4. I see what you are saying, but a soda, any size, at McDonalds is $1.
  5. Why would someone go to a bar for take-out cocktails when you could make them at home for a fraction of the cost? Outside of giving business to the local places, I can't think of a single reason to do this. Seeems silly.
  6. I've been trying to stay interested, it's ok, but I can see myself falling off from watching... Update: My wife and I both gave up on this show. No mention of Hanibal Lector.....EVER! Just Buffalo Bill. (I read someplace that they were not allowed to mention the name Hanibal Lector for copywrite/etc reasons) The storyline just wasn't engaging, and wasn't that interesting.
  7. OZ Really good, and engaging like the others you mention!
  8. Good luck, the last two times I called to compalin, they basically said "too bad" and that was it. They did not budge on their "new" pricing, and it was either take it or leave it. If it works for you, please share your magic words...
  9. Starting season 4 of Bates Motel. It's a show that always leaves you wanting more, that is for sure.
  10. I've been trying to stay interested, it's ok, but I can see myself falling off from watching...
  11. A bunch of my students talk a lot about Riverdale. They think it is really good. I can't get past the fact it is about Archie and his gang but on a super dark level. Is this just a teenager type show? Would guys in their 50's like it?
  12. If you like Superstore, I'd recommend a show called "10 Items or Less." I found that show to be hilarious, and it's in the same ballpark as The Office and Superstore. Takes place in a supermarket.
  13. I enjoyed it. I watched it awhile ago and I think it may have taken a few episodes for me to get into, but it's a weird (obv. lol), dark show, with some good intense moments. I'm almost finished with season 2, and I can't stop watching... Thanks for the tip!
  14. I have Spectrum cable. For some reason, my bill dropped $21 last month. I have no clue as to why, but I'm not going to call and ask them either. Just hoping next months bill isn't $21 higher to make up for their "error."
  15. The first two years of my teaching career, I taught in Illinois. When I came back to WI 29 years ago, I let it sit for a year or two, then just took it out and paid the penalty. I can't remember what I even did with it, but I knew I was never going to teach in Illinois again, so I sucked it up, took what I could and turned the paige.
  16. Angone have any opinions on "Bates Motel?" Something I always wanted to see but never got around to it... Is it worth the time?
  17. I'd pass on video game movies myself. No interst what-so-ever. I do like the Marvel movies, but they are over-doing it imo. DC movies, meh.
  18. I binge watched the Brady Bunch this past weekend. I've had the entire series on DVD for years but never got around to watching. I might be made fun of for saying this, but that show is just soooooo good. Brings me back to a much simpler day. I remember watching the show on tv as a kid, then re-runs after schhol years later. Just plain classic tv when every show didnt have a back-talking brat (or 3) and parenting was actually taking place. It is nice to see morals being taught with strong family life examples. Such a classic show!
  19. I'm hoping we snag him and give him another shot with the Brewers...
  20. My reaction after my first reactions...lol Always interesting looking back, but it truly was a case of me being attached to the guys we traded, and watching them play a lot of games in Appleton... I had high hopes for all the guys that were traded away.

Thin crust is where it's at!

    Pizza

Absolutely! I enjoy that, and I also enjoy pouring salsa on as well. This helps especially with cheap frozen pizzas. I wouldn't necessarily do it on a take out pizza, but frozen pizzas for sure!

    agreed 100%!

    Pizza

Yeah, never reheat in the microwave, I'd eat it cold before I would consider that idea. Actually, I like cold pizza for breakfast...

    Pizza

Yup, when my daughter was still living at home, that was her favorite, so we had it fairly regularly. I liked it a lot too, as did the rest of the family. We used to get groupons and with the groupon, the price was really nice too! lol
