This is no fault of Henderson's. I wonder if there has ever been a conversation previously about him pitching more than one inning. He hasn't done it yet with the brewers, so if after he pitched his inning, which he normally does, he thought he was done, I can see how this would effect this innings performance. This bullpen situation is an absolute nightmare.

He might get the save CHANCE, but highly unlikely he actually pitches well enough for the save. Great bullpen management.

Tailgating in the Fall is great. Tailgating in the heat of summer, on a blacktop parking lot stinks. I have enjoyed tailgating in the past, but don't feel it is a necessary thing to enjoy the baseball experience. Bikeage, where do you park if you don't park in the lots? I have always wondered if there were places to park within walking distance of the stadium to avoid paying the ridiculous parking fee.

Just to make it clear for everyone, are you talking about the mini blue cooper and gantner bobbles, or the full size? I can't help you out, but they have been pretty abundant on ebay lately. For some reason, there have been a ton of the mini blues popping up. -

So you're saying the statement is wrong? Okay: at what position are you arguing it's easier to find hitters? I am not arguing that any position is EASY to find hitters... I'm saying that finding good hitting at any position is tough to do. So yes, I think your statement that finding good hitters at 1B is easy, is false. -
Is Henderson going to be our new closer? Why not at this point? Give the kid a chance to see what he can do in that role, can't hurt.

I have seen a lot of people say that 1B is the easiest position to find hitters... Look around the league, if that were true, every team would have a slugger good hitter at that position. I think that statement is grossly over-used.
