Thanks for all the advice. I ended up purchasing the road hat on the sounds official website. Almost all of my hats are dark colored. I purchased a the current Brewer hat as well as a Twins "TC" hat as part of a buy one get one half off deal years ago. Both those were dark. 8 years ago I bought another dark hat as I purchased the black Cincinnati Reds hat with the red brim. Now, before you jump on me for buying a Cincy hat, I bought it because I stayed a week with Danny Graves father-in-law, who ended up asking if I liked baseball. When I said yes, he took me with him to the Reds spring training facility. I got to see Barry Larkin and Ken Griffey Jr., as it was the first year he was with the Reds. It was really cool. Then, to top it all off, I was able to go to Danny Graves apartment. By the way, that was the year he was an all-star. It was pretty cool! To make a long story short, almost all of my hats are dark, so that is why I went with the red. Both look good though! JJ, did you purchase your hat directly through the Sounds website or at their actual ball park? Was it a real stiff brim? I bought a new Brewers hat this spring and it had a flimsy brim when I opened the box. I thought there was no way I could get the curve I wanted. Only after getting soaked after the Brewers/Giants game in mid-June did my hat finally conform to my head, and my brim curve how I wanted it. I'd be interested to hear more about the brim of your Sounds hat JJ and how you dealt with it.
