    i dated a girl for 2 years who lives at 16th & northern - about a mile from there. yeah for sure, i'll make a note of it! of course, lots of fun left in the brewers season before march 09!

    speak of the devil. nice! i'm sure you been to earlier spring trainings, i'd recommend booking a place in scottsdale or the biltmore area. theres a ton of nice resorts all over the valley.

    I'll be at 2/3 games the weekend after all-star break. So I guess similiarly to the mpls roll call thread, I'm curious if theres gonna be any other BF.net posters there. I'll be at the crazy crab party fri night wearing my 80s retro helmet.

    its murder when you think about the sports economy now, that if the brewers couldve ponied up an extra $1M per year, they couldve kept paul molitor in 93. to me, this was the biggest heartbreaker of a milwaukee brewers move. (i'd rather blame the higuera contract or larry yount) but i suppose it doesnt suck molly became a world series MVP and achieved 3k hits. (two feats he probably doesnt reach if he stayed a brewer for full time.) would it be completely inappropriate to suggest that he mightve had some medical assistance in the twilight of his career?

    at any of the waa phx events, theres always at least one cute face. last year, i think the cutest single wi girls w/ us were under 18.

    i cant believe i've lost track of this thread. i'd LOVE to meet other bf.net posters this week. i can remember the excitement at the stadium years back when talking to randoms in brewers gear - we were so enthused about the brewers being at .500 - awesome there are higher expectations now. really, i'm okay with a 2-2 showing so it can be a 5-5 road trip. so along jackson st, i hope to see lots of blue around the sedona red. next to the stadium, theres a bar called "sliders" (oddly enough, it used to be named leinenkugels), and hopefully a lot of cheeseheads will be in attendance. i cant believe it but i'm likely to be at all 4 games this series. i am always tracking the games on computer or listening to streaming wtmj anyways. last spring training, i went to 13 games. and it never felt like it was too much. tuesday game, there will be 35+ badger alumni sitting in sect 110 rows 19-22. (i am the coordinator of the wisconsin badger alumni chapter of PHX / anyone feel free to PM me if you'd like to watch bucky go for bcs again this fall w/ us). wednesday game, i'll be sitting with 100 hebrews in section 318. the jewish federation gave all of us free tix. thurs, i'll prob by myself & the gf $5 upper deck tix. i was thinking about bringing a 3TO sign. my friend scott is likely to bring a sign for his favorite brewer, ed sedar. ps. i keep snoozing during spring training - i'd love to coordinate some kind of a bf.net az party, maybe next year.

    Hey guys. If there are any general bobblehead or Minnesota Twins collectors, I've got an interesting trade proposition. My friend in Minneapolis is a Twins season ticket holder, he gets the red base bobbleheads. He'd sent them all to me to broker trade for baseball jerseys.     not sure if anyone is aware of this, but in yesterdays oakland @ arizona game. their starting pitcher (who apparently wasnt 100% okay) was told to sit in the box and not swing at anything. naturally he K'ed 4 times.

    he married some hairdresser much older than he is. i dont think she was a senior citizen but shes got huge jugs. (not carlos beltran wife size, but still decent) i'll start hunting for the pic i saw of those two.

    who else was at the 8/18/04 cubs vs brewers game where 3TO his a majestic blast in the bottom of the 8th only to have the brewers lose in the 11th (sound familiar?). 3TO was true to form: 2Ks, 2HRs - then in the bottom of the 11th he lead off the inning with a bunt single. (game was won in the top of the 11th for the cubs with a 2-run HR by corey patterson) http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/recap?gameId=240818108 edit: oops the game was in 2004, not 2005.

    Hey Guys. I'm sure there are very few of you aware of this. Daron Sutton has reincarnated the "buckethead" section to arizona. here, they are now called the "redheads". http://arizona.diamondbacks.mlb.com/ari/ticketing/redheads.jsp needless to say, i plan on invading the section, a couple times this season. wearing full brewers regalia. if anyone has a buckethead t-shirt (extra one or willing to part with), i'd love to bring that in the section. ultimately, the brewers will be in town july 2, we need to crash the redhead party by the dozens. whos coming out for that series? who else lives in phx? ps. I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this.

    i might be attending all 4 games! i've been living in phx for 4 years. the series going to be a blast. hopefully the team will be above .500 by end of june

    redd would be a desireable piece for the phoenix suns. i doubt milwaukee could do anything with leandro barbosa / boris diaw. who knows what direction phx is going in, theyre in the third week sans coach.
