  1. Naturally the 16-year-olds have the best OPS and wRC+ in the entire system
  2. A couple more good starts and Bishop Letson will have his ERA under 4.00
  3. Braylon Payne is looking like a Midwest League MVP candidate.
  4. Frias is a multidimensional madman. I believe he is just scratching the surface of his skills.
  5. Yeah I considered all of that but then I remembered they had no problem going to Black when Vaughn and Chourio were injured and he is hitting in the heart of the Sounds lineup every night. That tells me they view him as big league depth.
  6. Of course it hasn’t shut. He has some solid offensive skills (on-base, speed), a tad bit of defensive versatility, and oodles of big league control remaining. Nice depth piece who could post-hype breakout with a few solid seasons as a UT/PH/PR type.

  8. Wait, so the Brewers get to add more talent to their system soon? Holy hell 😊
  9. Crushed a homer at the State tournament too
  10. It’s astounding. Just go look at the smattering of 16 and 17 year old outfielders who are displaying impressive power/speed combos and acceptable, if not elite, BB:K. https://www.baseball-reference.com/teams/MIL/milwaukee-brewers-organization-batting.shtml
  11. The reason they don’t get talked about is simply because there are so many premium prospects in the system. Not a shot at the masses lol. Just wanted to give some shine to those dudes. I smell a huge Daniel Dickinson second half incoming.
  12. A few other dudes having great years but who don’t get talked about enough: -Luis Lameda -Tayden Hall -Matt Wood
  13. Blake Burke season OPS - .856 Dylan O’Rae season OPS - .853 Thrilled to have both in the Brewers system
  14. The Brewers are not going to allow a guy like Luke Adams to get plucked from their vine for nothing by another organization just as he is ripening.
  15. If he survives the trade deadline, I cannot foresee a world where Adams isn’t put in the 40-man. With Vaughn and Bauers both heading towards $10M+ per year contracts, I bet the Brewers need him starting next year. Plus, he’s one of the first test cases for the Brewers much ballyhooed draft strategy. And although he is tapped out physically in some ways, he still needs to mature into his optimal power.
  16. Scratch your Frias, Martinez, and Matos itch by listening to the great James Anderson, along with wonderful Alex Jensen, during the latest Rotowire Fantasy Baseball Podcast. Listen as they breakdown some of the young breakouts in the ACL/DSL. They spend a minute or two on each guy. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/dsl-and-complex-league-breakouts-w-alex-jensen/id838315493?i=1000773162965 Jensen is a big fan of Juan Martinez's offensive traits. With Alexander Frias, he sees a great tool kit, but wants more airside pull. And both guys are very intrigued with Leanders Matos, putting him on their watchlists going forward.
  17. Definitely minus cool points for the organization on this one
