I work from home and frequently need to push web application deployments to our IaaS in the cloud. The 10MB upload speed is very slow. So, I'll go from 500 down / 10 up to 1G up / down asynchronous. It will be cheaper even after the 1-year incentive comes off the books. It seems too good to be true. Minecraft server in the works? 😄

I wish Bucky would have tried to camp out front a little more to shield the view of the goalie. Denver's goalie was lights out. It was great to see Bucky back in the championship again. Thank you Coach Hastings!

I know somebody who is closer than I am regarding solar -- especially solar farms. He said, for example, once the solar arrays aren't viable anymore, the electric company would come and take out the solar panels and nothing else. Any concrete, posts, etc. would stay. There are an increasing amount of farmers that are electing to install solar farms. I'm sure it will be a decade or so until this is proven to be true or not. 1G Fiber being installed in 2 weeks. Finally. Will run over and cancel Spectrum right away, but will probably end up eating a month's worth. The AT&T contractor destroyed my hard to put in the cable runs and to park their equipment over the winter. The sales person said to talk to the installers since they will be running the fiber underground from the pop in my yard. If that doesn't get resolved, then I'll post on the "What's Bugging You" topic. 😄

The ball was, what, 1" inside? I couldn't find a better picture than this. I have a feeling we will see Gary Sanchez at first base today. If Wilson goes off, Sanchez will make sure things are kept under control... if you know what I mean. -

It looks like there are 7 hard commits to the '27 class so far. All from Wisconsin. The '26 class (according to 24/7) of Enrollees or LOI signees has 15. Only one from Wisconsin. Perhaps Fickell has had a change of heart about Wisconsin kids all of a sudden. Hmmm....

"Chicks [and Fantasy Baseball Players] dig the long ball." I recall looking at a defensive stat (I think it was Defensive Runs Saved) and towards the end of the year, Ortiz had a negative number. Anyone who watched the games realized that something was off. I checked two sites for something related to that stat. First, there is Fangraphs. I had been used to Fubo's navigation. We watch on our tv using Brewers.TV. I have to get used to being patient when skipping ahead if we are watching the game after it has started. I like the 15-second skip instead of the "watch the time increase and hope it stops in around 2 minutes" experience I have had. First time MLB.TV user on a TV, BTW.

All I know is Dan Hurley is a big jackwagon. "I thought he wanted to chest bump me?" His antics make Bobby Knight look like a choir boy. I was torn between UCONN and Duke. Duke gets so many breaks and UCONN has a tool for a coach. Go, Illinois!

I saw that the Dodgers were charging $75 for an Ohtani souvenir cup. The cup is pretty cool, but $75? You would get free refills during the game. After some backlash, they changed the offer to be $68.99 and includes free refills for the entire season.
