The state agency I work for has about the same number of employees as CWH's. I've been here for 25+ years and there are a handful of colleagues who stare stonily ahead when we cross paths. I've pretty much given up on trying with them. Some are in positions that have little or no public contact (some librarian stereotypes are on point). One's in human resources, though.

Well...in a text conversation with said nephew after their *regional championship* game, I asked what his music is. He picked Written in the Stars, which you might remember as the anthem of the 2011 postseason. That gave me some auntly feelings, because he attended a couple of the 2011 postseason games with us, was a fan of the song at the time, and we fist-bumped every time it was played during those games.

I'm listening to high school playoff baseball on the radio (the Monroe stations cover quite a bit of regional prep sports) and my nephew's team has walk-up music for its players, including (I'm told by a reliable source) my nephew.

The Bavarian pretzel you mentioned is the only one I've seen at the park. I haven't had a cold one yet (small sample size : 2), but I miss the variety of toppings that were available. Now it's salted, unsalted (though that's useful for some people's diets and I appreciate that option) or with a cheese cup for an extra $1+. At Tuesday night's game the guest relations ladies we know remarked on how Miller Park is still short on concession employees.

MLB online was annoying for me today too. I was using Gameday on my library PC and following the WTMJ feed. I know they play video+audio ads between innings, but I can usually mute them at the start of a session and not hear them the rest of the day. Today the sound kept coming back, playing over the TMJ feed. I like Robin just fine, but I can't say my soul has been empty and the only thing that can fill the void is this 1982 motorbike bobble. Jeff Levering keeps talking about it as one of the best bobbles ever (so consistently that it must be a script he's being asked to follow) and I keep wanting to text the booth and say, "really?" Maybe if I were a Baby Boomer?

Welcome to Brewerfan and (soon) to Wisconsin, Scott. patrickgpe is correct that Brewers clothing is much more reasonably priced at Kohl's department stores. For non-clothing Brewers items like bobbleheads, the team stores at Miller Park may be your best bet. There are two on the field (1st) level, with the LF corner store the largest. There are smaller stores on the club (3rd) and terrace (4th) levels. The team stores also have some clothing items not available elsewhere, if that is more your thing. The field, loge (2nd level) and terrace levels have guest relations booths. Their staff have a wealth of information, right down to which concession stands are open on a given day. They can also give you a "first Brewers game" certificate, or even one for each member of your family if you each want one. (You fill in the name.) What section are your seats in? Knowing that might help us give you further advice (like whether you need sunscreen or a jacket). And if you'll excuse my asking, how has a Pirates-at-Brewers contest come to be your first MLB game? There's no wrong answer to that.
